On the road again

After a somewhat pleasant ride yesterday, we stopped in Smithfield, NC for the night. Boys were on their best behavior (calm before the storm?) for dinner and shopping at the outlets. Just to set the record straight, I was not the one who caused a re-pack of the van with all the extra stuff!!

Anyway, we've re-started the drive south and estimated to arrive in Jax Beach around 4 PM.

Miscellaneous thoughts:

Cost of renting a minivan for a week - cheaper than 4 plane tickets

Cargo space in the minivan - less than the Avalanche

Having a rear seat that reclines so BOTH kids take a nap - priceless!
